Management of EL mailarchive instances

Clicking on the EL mailarchive button in the main navigation of the control panel opens the complete list of all instances managed via the interface.

The logged-in user sees the instances of all subordinate customer accounts.

In addition to this overview, the option to export the list of instances as an Excel table is also offered. The following information about each instance is displayed per line in the Excel table:

Account name

Name of the partner who operates this instance for their end customer

Account customer number

Partner's customer number

Account foreign ID

The additional identifier of the partner as used in a third party system. This is intended to simplify simple assignment across systems.

Tenant hierarchy

Hierarchy up to the end customer with starting point of the exporting user

Customer ID

The unique internal customer ID of the end customer

Customer name

Name of the end customer

Customer number

Customer number of the end customer at the partner

Customer foreign ID

The additional identifier of the end customer as used in a third-party system. This is to simplify a simple assignment across systems.

Instance ID

The unique internal ID of the instance

Instance identifier

The unique internal reference number of the instance

Alias

The URL key of the instance entered by the partner

Status

The current status of the instance

Pricing mode

Information on whether the instance is a paid instance, a trial instance, or a non-resale instance (NFR)

Used license count

Used user licenses returned by the server

Active user count

Active user licenses returned by the server

User license price (EUR)

The price per user license per month specified for the end customer

Monthly turnover (EUR)

Total turnover with this instance

Total storage (GB)

Available storage space of the instance based on user licenses

Total size (GB)

Current storage utilization of the instance

Remaining storage (GB)

Remaining storage size

Number of messages

Number of archived e-mails

Archive count

Number of archives in the instance

Job count

Number of jobs on this instance

Profile count

Number of profiles on this instance

Store count

Archive storage within the instance

Created timestamp

Time of creation of the instance
