Create a new EL mailarchive instance

A new EL mailarchive instance can be created from the end user detail view of the control panel.

When creating an instance, the following form is displayed for the partner:

Alias

The internal name of the instance for easier navigation in the list of existing instances

Send admin credentials by email

If this function is activated, the access data of the instance will also be sent to the specified email address.

Country

The country where the instance is hosted. Currently, only Germany is available here.

When the "Create" button is clicked, the instance is generated as specified and started directly. When the process is completed, the access data for the instance is displayed once as a pop-up.

Generally, each new instance is created as a trial version. The customer then has time until the end of each month to delete the instance and all associated data.
