List export

The complete list of customers can be exported as an Excel file. The applied filters do not affect the export.

The following columns are provided in the export:

Account name

Name of the partner who operates this instance for their customer

Account customer number

The customer number of the partner

External account ID

Additional customer number assigned by the partner

Customer hierarchy

Hierarchy up to the end customer starting from the exporting user

Customer ID

The unique internal customer number

Customer type

Indicates whether the customer is a partner or a customer

Customer name

Name of the customer

Customer number

Customer's customer number with the partner

Customer foreign ID

Additional customer number assigned by the partner for the customer

Email

Email address provided in the customer profile

Phone

Phone number provided in the customer profile

Website

URL of the customer's company website, if specified in the customer profile

VAT number

VAT identification number

Address

Street and house number of the company's headquarters

City

City of the company's headquarters

Region

Customer's country

Postal Code

Postal Code

Country Code

Country code, e.g., "de" for Germany

Language Code

Language code, e.g., "de" for German
