Customer detail view

In the top section of the customer detail view, the most important master data and the customer's role are displayed:

In the header section, the following information can be found:

Company name

As specified in the customer profile

Customer number

If specified in the customer profile

Company role

  • Partner

  • Customer

Customer address

If provided in the customer profile

Path to the Customer

The exact path to this customer, usually "Elovade > Partner > Customer"

Additionally, the displayed customer profile can be edited using the "Edit" button. The editing of master data always follows the top-down principle. Only the person who created the customer account and the roles above it can edit company master data. This ensures that the company itself cannot make incorrect entries. Elovade can take care of master data maintenance for all customers of accredited partners through service requests.

Partner detail view

In addition to the list of subordinate customers, the following actions can be accessed here:

Create customer

Create a new customer. The new customer will be created below the displayed customer. Depending on the permissions, the newly created customer can then only set up end customers or also additional partners

Export customer list

Export the customer list. See "List export"

Customer detail view

The biggest difference compared to the partner view is the direct access to individual cloud products. Only end customers can utilize the available EL Cloud services. If a cloud service needs to be used for internal purposes, an additional end customer (the own company) must be created for that purpose.

Enable and disable services available to the customer

Pricing

Editing the usage fees incurred for the services offered in the Control Panel for this customer

Furthermore, the services used by the customer are displayed here, and it is possible to switch to the respective service. Service-specific functions can also be directly accessed. Currently, these include:

An additional instance is created for the customer, set up automatically, and access credentials are generated. The access credentials are displayed and can be optionally forwarded to a specified email address
