Dashboard
After logging in, each user first starts on the dashboard.
On the dashboard, certain functions can be accessed directly. These are:
Create customer
See "Customer and role concept".
In addition, the dashboard displays the most important key figures of the current operation:
Total customers
Number of subordinate customer accounts. This includes all partners and their end customers.
Total revenue current month
The total revenue of the current month
Trials
Number of EL mailarchive instances that are still running as free trial version
EL mailarchive
Total revenue current month
The total revenue of the current month
Trials
Number of EL mailarchive instances that are still running as free trial version
Total licenses
Number of EL mailarchive instances created regardless of their payment status
Total emails
Total number of emails stored in EL mailarchive across all customers and their instances
Total archive size
The storage space used for the customers' operations
Product-specific key figures on the status of the products are also displayed. For EL mailarchive these are:
Running instances
Number of currently started instances; click leads to prefiltered list of EL mailarchive instances
Stopped instances
Number of stopped instances. Both manually stopped and failed instances are displayed here. Stopped instances are also charged for, as the operating costs for availability and storage are still incurred. A click leads to a pre-filtered list of EL mailarchive instances.
Instances with warnings
Number of instances currently running with a warning and requiring maintenance depending on the warning. A click leads to a prefiltered list of the EL mailarchive instances.
